Members' Code of Conduct

Wellbeing Real Estate Club (Switzerland)

1. purpose

The Wellbeing Real Estate Club is a curated, trust-based ecosystem of professionals and organizations shaping the future of the built environment through wellbeing, human performance, and longevity.

This Code of Conduct ensures that all interactions (online and offline) reflect the quality, integrity, and long-term orientation of the Club.

It applies to all members across:

  • Events and meetings

  • Digital platforms (including chats, forums, and email exchanges)

  • Direct interactions initiated through the Club network

2. principles

Members are expected to:

  • Engage with professionalism, respect, and discretion

  • Contribute constructively to discussions and initiatives

  • Share knowledge and perspectives in good faith

  • Respect the curated nature and integrity of the ecosystem

  • Act in a manner that supports long-term relationships and trust

3. No Solicitation / No Direct Marketing

To preserve the quality and trust of the network:

  • Members must not use the Club or its platforms for unsolicited commercial outreach

  • This includes:

    • Direct sales messages

    • Promotional emails or messages sent without prior relationship or consent

    • Mass outreach to other members

    • Posting promotional content in chats or forums

 

Any commercial interaction must be:

  • Contextual & relevant

  • Expressly authorized by the Club founders or based on a pre-existing business relationship 

 

The Club is designed to enable high-quality connections—not transactional prospecting.

 

4. Communication Standards

 

In all communications, members are expected to:

  • Be concise, relevant, and respectful of others’ time

  • Avoid excessive self-promotion

  • Refrain from aggressive, intrusive, or repetitive messaging

  • Maintain a professional tone in both public and private exchanges

 

5. Events and Discussions

 

During events and discussions:

  • Engage thoughtfully and allow space for others

  • Avoid dominating conversations or steering discussions toward personal commercial interests

  • Respect the privacy of discussions, especially in smaller or closed settings

 

6. Confidentiality and Trust

 

Members must:

  • Treat non-public information shared within the Club as confidential

  • Not share or distribute content, contacts, or discussions without permission

  • Respect the privacy and professional boundaries of other members

 

7. Member Directory and Contact Use

 

If access to a member directory is provided to you:

  • It must not be used for bulk outreach or marketing purposes

  • Contact details are provided to facilitate relevant, relationship-based interaction only

 

8. Enforcement

 

To maintain the integrity of the Club:

  • The association reserves the right to review and address any conduct inconsistent with this Code

  • Measures may include:

    • Informal warning

    • Suspension of access

    • Termination of membership

 

No refund of membership fees will be provided in cases of termination for violation of this Code of Conduct.

 

9. Reporting Concerns

 

Members who experience or observe inappropriate behavior are encouraged to contact the Club confidentially at: info@wellrealestate.ch.

 

10. Final Note

 

The strength of the Wellbeing Real Estate Club lies not in its size, but in the quality of its interactions and the trust between its members.

This Code exists to protect that standard.
